The site is operated by silentVIP LLC ("silentVIP", "we", "us"), 413 W 14th Street, New York NY 10014, USA. silentVIP is an accredited IATA agency (No. 33661736) and a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors.
The site is intended for adults and for businesses. You must be at least 18 to submit a request through it.
These terms cover use of the website only. Travel services are governed by each client's separate service agreement and by the suppliers' own conditions of carriage and booking.
Website content and research briefings
Content on this site, including our research briefings, is general information and not advice for your situation.
- Programs change often. Loyalty programs, supplier policies, fares, fees and entry requirements change frequently and without notice. Briefings reflect published information as of their "Updated" date. Confirm details with the supplier or with us before acting.
- Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, immigration or financial advice. For example, ask your own advisers who owns points earned on company travel and how they are taxed.
- Supplier benefits vary. Preferred-partner hotel benefits, upgrades, fares and other benefits we describe depend on the property, program and availability, and are not guaranteed.
Introduction requests and our services
Submitting the introduction form or contacting us through the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services. silentVIP provides travel services only under a written agreement with each client, which sets out the scope, fees and terms. Every booking is also subject to the supplier's own terms, such as an airline's conditions of carriage or a hotel's cancellation policy.
Please give accurate information when you contact us. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Client portal. If we give you access to our client portal, it is provided as part of the services under your client agreement. Sign-in links are sent to your email address and are for your use only, so keep your email account secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your access.
Acceptable use, intellectual property and links
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site. That means no submitting false or automated requests, no interfering with its security or operation, no scraping or bulk-copying content, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property. The site's text, research briefings, design, graphics and the silentVIP name are owned by silentVIP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use with attribution. Do not republish or commercially reuse them without our written permission.
Third-party links. The site links to other websites, such as supplier pages, sources cited in our briefings and our social profiles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
As is. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, silentVIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which these terms do not exclude.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify silentVIP against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be heard in the state and federal courts in New York County. Australian consumers keep any rights they have under Australian law. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
