Inventory & rates
The fares and hotels your travellers actually use
Economy flights and standard business hotels are most of any programme, so they come first. Premium cabins, your negotiated rates and preferred-partner hotel benefits are there when policy allows.

Coverage
What we book
Air
Full-service and low-cost carriers worldwide, issued through our IATA accreditation (agency number 33661736). Economy, premium economy, business and first, with non-public fares on select international premium routes.
Hotels
Chains and independents worldwide, from standard business hotels inside your city caps to preferred-partner properties.
Rail
Intercity rail including Amtrak, Eurostar and major European operators, booked and allocated like any other trip.
Car
Car hire and pre-booked ground transport for airport transfers, roadshows and groups.
Rates
Your deals, and ours
- Negotiated company rates: tell us your corporate airline and hotel agreements and we apply them on every eligible booking
- Preferred-partner hotel benefits: through eligible programmes, selected stays may include breakfast, property credits, upgrades, early check-in or late checkout. Benefits vary by property, programme and availability
- Loyalty kept: frequent-flyer and hotel numbers stay with each traveller and go on every booking, so points and status stay in the traveller's own accounts
- Policy first: a preferred rate is only offered when it fits your hotel cap, or it's marked out of policy
After purchase
Servicing is part of the booking
- Changes, cancellations and schedule changes handled by the team that has the trip on file
- Refunds and unused ticket credits tracked until the money or credit is used
- Change fee: $15 per change or cancellation on Programme; Included on Managed
- Urgent servicing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Worked comparison
One trip, three options, every cost shown
An illustrative New York to London return trip with clearly made-up figures, priced the way options appear in the portal. Service fees are from the draft fee schedule.
| Economy (Light) | Economy (Classic) | Premium economy | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base fare | $612 | $748 | $1,690 |
| Checked bag | $150 (added) | Included | Included (2) |
| Taxes and carrier charges | $412 | $412 | $468 |
| silentVIP service fee | $22 per flight booking | $22 per flight booking | $22 per flight booking |
| Changes | Not permitted | Fee applies, plus any fare difference | Free, plus any fare difference |
| Cancellation | Non-refundable | Credit for future travel | Refundable less a fee |
| Policy (flight under 9 hours) | In policy | In policy | Needs approval |
The cheapest fare isn't always the cheapest trip: the Light fare ends up costing more than Classic once a bag is added, and it can't be changed.
