Selected plan: [Essentials / Managed / Enterprise]. Out-of-hours calls: $45 per out-of-hours call on Essentials; included on Managed and Enterprise. Implementation: Included up to 500 travelers; $3,500 fixed fee above that. Integrations: File-based exports included; custom formats $750 one-off. Project work: $120 an hour, quoted in advance. Travel costs are charged at cost; no supplier commissions are taken.
3. Term
Start date: [date]. Term: 12 months from the start date, renewing for further 12-month terms unless either party gives 60 days' notice before the end of a term. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
90-day pilot: [Yes / No]. If yes: If the client starts on the pilot, either party may end the agreement on 30 days' written notice given before the pilot ends (day 90), with no early-termination fee. Otherwise the term below applies. A 90-day pilot: the monthly minimum is waived for the first three months, and you can leave at the end of the pilot with no penalty, as set out in the pilot clause of the agreement.
