Who is silentVIP for?

Owners of companies with roughly 100 to 1,000 employees who want their company's travel and their family's travel handled by one trusted team. It suits businesses that travel enough to need real management, but don't want to build an in-house travel department.

Do you handle both company and personal travel?

Yes, and that is the point of silentVIP. The same team runs business travel for the company and personal travel for the owner and family, so preferences, documents and context carry across both.

Can you help with events at our own home or property?

Yes. When you host at your home, estate or company site, we handle the travel side of the event: guest flights and arrivals, accommodation nearby, transfers and timing, coordinated with your household or venue staff and vendors.

How are you paid?

We're client-paid. We don't accept commissions from hotels or airlines, so our advice isn't shaped by which supplier pays the most. We'll explain our fee for your scope during the introduction.

Can you take over from our current travel agency?

Yes. We can take on company travel, personal travel or both. We plan the handover with your team so travelers' profiles, preferences and upcoming trips move across without gaps.

Do travelers keep their own points and status?

Yes. Points and status stay in each traveler's own accounts. We track them and advise when points create more value than cash. Whether points earned on company travel belong to the employee is a company policy question, and we'll apply whatever you decide.

How do we make a request?

By email or phone to your silentVIP team, or through the client portal, where you can also see your itineraries, keep traveler profiles current and download documents. You won't need to explain your preferences each time; we already have them on file.

Where are you based?

We have offices in New York, Belmont near Boston, and Sydney, and we arrange travel worldwide for clients in the United States and Australia.

How do you handle our information?

We treat traveler details as confidential and use them only to arrange and manage your travel. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect and why.

We're smaller or larger than 100 to 1,000 people. Can we still talk?

That range is our focus, but if your situation is a close fit, request an introduction and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.
